I had an idea that I spoke about on my podcast to create my own app that my family and friends could use for when we would like to walk our dog. The YouTube video I have linked above discusses the process of my first time attempt in bringing this app into real life. When using many of these websites to create my app, I began to notice that my functions were really basic even though I had put in a lot of time to make them. I have to admit I was disappointed. Wallace Jackson’s book “Android Apps for Absolute Beginners”, mentions that anyone can make an app no matter what their level of experience.
