Movie Time = Time to Tweet

“Wow so all you do is watch movies and tweet about it? I wish my degree was that easy”, said by every student that hasn’t experienced the intensity of multitasking in a BCM325 seminar. In all fairness, I had the same oblivious thought entering my first BCM325 seminar. Watching a movie and tweeting about it, how hard could it be? Well here’s my analysis of how that went.

Week 1 – Metropolis

For the first screening, I wasn’t entirely prepared for the process of live tweeting and therefore didn’t incorporate as much analytical information. Instead, I created my tweets with gimmick.

This, alongside tweets such as the one shown below created an opportunity of interaction and discussion. I now however have realised that my tweets for this week required more researched interaction, including the incorporation of lecture content.
